- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento a lo largo de la posventa del cliente para aumentar conversión, retención, renovación y valor del cliente (CLV)
- Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos que permitan validar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento a nivel regional
- Implementar estrategias de relacionamiento personalizadas y automatizadas a través de canales digitales como WhatsApp, email, contenido y campañas digitales
- Implementar automatizaciones de CRM y notificaciones personalizadas para campañas de retención y upselling.
- Detectar oportunidades de cross-sell, up-selling, recompra y referidos
- Gestionar campañas de fidelización y beneficios.
- Medir y reducir el churn digital a traves de modelos predictivos
- Coordinar con equipos de comunicación y producto para alinear mensajes y experiencias.
- Diseño de estrategias de reactivación
- Definir segmentos de asegurados según comportamientos clave, riesgo de fuga y CLV
11. Generar insights de comportamiento digital y oportunidades de mejora.
12. Garantizar la correcta implementación y seguimiento del modelo de Membresia SURA
13. Medir y convertir la voz del cliente en oportunidades de negocio.
14. Detectar oportunidades de automatización de procesos de postventa para reducir los costos operativos o facilitar escalabilidad
15. Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de IA generativa y analítica, así como capacidad para identificar y desarrollar casos de uso aplicados
16. Conocer y cumplir la política de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, velar por el cuidado integral de su salud y suministrar información veraz sobre su estado, acatar las normas de seguridad e higiene, participar en actividades de prevención y promoción, informar condiciones de riesgo y reportar de inmediato cualquier accidente o incidente laboral a su lider inmediato y Salud Integral.
Universitario
Pregrado en: Ingenieria industrial, ingenieria administrativa, adminitracion de empresas, licenciatura en negocio digital, y/o Carreras afines.
CONOCIMIENTOS : ESPECIFIQUE OTROS CONOCIMIENTOS
Manejo avanzado de las siguientes herramientas:
- Salesforce CRM

- Herramientas de experimentación.
