About the Role

We are seeking a versatile, proactive Customer Support & Operations Specialist for our client.

This is a dynamic "utility player" role designed for someone who thrives on variety. The hire will split their focus between core back-office billing/invoicing tasks and direct, friendly customer communication. The ideal candidate is a natural self-starter with excellent social skills, high initiative, and a disciplined home-office setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Billing: Learn the client's internal invoicing workflows to accurately process, track, and issue customer bills and payment records.
• Customer Support: Provide warm, clear, and professional support across inbound customer inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups via phone and email.
• General Operations Support: Take detailed meeting notes, maintain daily task lists, update system records, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Take ownership of daily tasks, stay organized, and raise questions early to keep operations running smoothly without needing constant supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, call center, administrative support, or general operations roles.
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English with a clear, engaging, and professional communication style.
• Technical Setup: Dedicated workspace with a desk, reliable high-speed internet, and dual-monitor/note-taking capability.
• Core Intangibles: High discipline, strong attention to detail, pride in work quality, and a proactive mindset.
