We're Hiring: Intake Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Intake Sales & Marketing Specialist to support a growing sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, tech-forward, and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Content

• Create, edit, and publish marketing content across multiple channels.
• Manage social media scheduling and publishing.
• Design marketing graphics and visual assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications.

Website Management

• Maintain and update the company WordPress website.
• Publish blogs and website content.
• Update team profiles, event pages, and other site content.
• Ensure website information remains accurate and current.

Marketing Automation & Lead Management

• Manage HubSpot campaigns and marketing workflows.
• Review and qualify incoming leads.
• Execute lead nurturing strategies to support sales conversion.
• Maintain CRM data quality through list management and database cleanup.
• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated sequences.

Events & Webinars

• Coordinate virtual and marketing events.
• Manage Eventbrite registrations and event setup.
• Support Zoom event logistics and attendee communications.

Multimedia Production

• Edit podcast audio and video content.
• Create and optimize multimedia assets for marketing initiatives.
• Perform basic photo and image editing.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience with HubSpot .
• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Background in digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience with social media management and content publishing.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude .

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Experience with Eventbrite and Zoom.
• Experience with Descript or Riverside.
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, MQL/SQL processes, and marketing automation workflows.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website content optimization.
