• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, dailies, and retros.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement practices.
• Track Agile metrics to monitor performance and drive team improvements.
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum, and best practices.
• Ensure team deliverables align with overall project and business goals.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and progress.
• Support Agile tools and processes to improve team productivity.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Scrum Master should have:

• 3-5 years of proven experience leading Agile teams, ideally in Retail/ecommerce environments.
• Advanced English proficiency is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Ability to track and analyze Agile performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove roadblocks.
• Servant-leadership mindset with a coaching approach.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in remote settings.
