Talent Acquisition Lead: Strategy & Data-Driven Hiring

Publicis Groupe’s Global Delivery (PGD) seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead in Bogotá to drive end‑to‑end recruitment, balancing high‑volume, confidential, and senior level hires with weekly commitments. You will lead the TA delivery, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure data‑driven decisions across the ATS and reporting tools.
You will also oversee programs such as Employee Referral, intern initiatives, and quarterly team events, while guiding vendors and maintaining process compliance
