We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and helping ensure the company's financial health and compliance.

What You'll Lead and Build

• Record and manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial ledgers.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations.

• Prepare financial reports and summaries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy.

• Track expenses, categorize transactions, and support budgeting activities.

• Assist with tax preparation and financial documentation.

• Stay up to date with bookkeeping best practices and accounting standards.
  

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

• Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Nice to Have
