Where You'll Make a Difference

• Drive sales growth and manage key accounts and distribution partners across the LATAM Andean region.
• Execute the Home and Personal Care strategy to achieve revenue, gross profit, and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers, collaborating closely with R&D teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Manage and advance the sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM, improving opportunity conversion rates and business results.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans, territory coverage plans, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and quotations while protecting IFF's business interests.
• Gather, analyze, and communicate market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer trends to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, and Logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business growth.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the chemical industry.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling specialty ingredients or solutions for Home Care, Laundry, Institutional & Industrial Cleaning.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build, influence, and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and account management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities while working effectively in complex and changing environments.
• Availability to travel extensively across the region (50-70%).

How Would You Stand Out?

• Previous experience managing commercial activities across multiple Latin American countries.
• Experience managing and growing distributor networks and channel partners.
• Knowledge or experience in enzymes, biotechnology, or related specialty ingredient technologies.
