Senior Audit Lead: U.S. GAAP/IFRS, Onsite in Bogota

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to lead and execute audit engagements in Bogota, Colombia. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and GAAS, with experience supervising junior staff and coordinating with international clients.

This is an on-site, indefinite-term position. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in auditing, excellent English communication, and a Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred).
