Job Title: Frontend Developer (Mid-level)
Location: Remote – Latin America Required
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Contractor
Salary Range: $2,800 - $3,800 USD/month

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with experience in modern web technologies and responsive design to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining user-friendly interfaces for both public-facing websites and internal tools. Your work will directly impact user experience, performance, and the overall quality of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, user-friendly interfaces aligned with design and marketing guidelines
• Build and maintain frontend components for public websites and internal tools with full responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Integrate frontend code within PHP-based environments, including templating engines such as Twig
• Conduct cross-browser and device testing to ensure performance, reliability, and compatibility
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, QA, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to improve code quality and team standards
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while contributing to continuous improvement of frontend processes

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery
• Experience using Git for version control
• Solid understanding of PHP environments and templating engines (e.g., Twig )
• Experience with CSS methodologies (e.g., BEM ) and preprocessors like SASS
• Familiarity with package managers such as NPM or Yarn
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to clean code, and ability to work independently with ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with React and/or TypeScript
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor) to improve productivity and code quality
