Role Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will work alongside a Salesforce delivery team and its clients, coordinating implementation projects so that every deliverable lands on time and on budget. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for the client, keeping stakeholders aligned across all the moving parts of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Build project timelines with the client and the delivery team, defining milestones, key deliverable dates, and any use cases with distinct deadlines.
• Coordinate availability, schedule meetings, and distribute invites across client and delivery teams.
• Track tasks and timelines against the Statement of Work and keep team members on track.
• Ensure the client completes their tasks by the requested deadlines and communicate any timeline shifts that result from delays.
• Assign tasks to the right team members using project management tools such as Asana.
• Take notes during all calls and distribute them to client and delivery teams.
• Lead kickoff calls covering introductions, methodology, scope, and next steps.
• Lead weekly status calls and send weekly status reports: completed tasks, upcoming tasks, and budget tracking (hours used and hours remaining).
• Respond promptly to client emails and route questions to the appropriate team member.
• Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects with external clients, ideally on Salesforce.
• Foundational knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (Asana or similar).
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Strong ability to hold project team members accountable to deliverables.
• Ability to stay organized while balancing several projects at once, managing competing priorities, and apting to changing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English, written and spoken

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
• PMP, CAPM or Scrum certifications.
• Experience tracking project budgets in hours, and prior work with U.S.-based clients.
