At CGI, we are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join an international project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Conversational English level B2 or higher.
- 6+ Years of Experience
- Java development.
- Spring Boot.
- Quarkus (or willingness to work with it).
- React.
- GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- BigQuery.
- Cloud Spanner.
- AI-assisted software development experience.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Google Gemini.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Application monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.
- Playwright automated testing.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus) and React.
- Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs supporting cloud-native architectures.
- Develop modern frontend applications using React, with occasional Angular support.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including GKE, BigQuery, and Spanner.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Google Gemini to improve engineering productivity.
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Develop automated functional, integration, and performance tests using Playwright, K6, and other testing tools.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support migration initiatives from legacy platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry to modern cloud environments.
