Real-Time Analytics & WFM Specialist

Horatio in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a Real-Time Analyst to join the Workforce Management team. You will monitor service levels across phone, chat, and email, providing real-time insights to protect SLA performance and support Horatio’s operations.
You will generate intraday reports, update dashboards, and identify performance outliers for senior leadership. Strong English and data skills are essential to translate data into clear recommendations.
