As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist , you will be a key point of contact for our customers, combining your logistics expertise with a strong customer-oriented approach to ensure smooth operations and lasting relationships.

How you create impact

• Manage and support a portfolio of customers, ensuring a high level of service, satisfaction, and engagement .

• Build and strengthen operational relationships with customers through proactive communication and regular follow-up.

• Provide timely and accurate information regarding import operations and shipment status .

• Manage customer requests and ensure timely follow-up of cases and operational requirements.

• Work closely with internal teams, including Operational Care and Commercial teams , to provide effective solutions to customer needs.

• Monitor shipment exceptions and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Support customers in the use of KN applications and digital tools, encouraging greater automation and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate and updated customer and operational information in the relevant systems.

• Follow up on customer requirements, potential risks, and outstanding issues to ensure operational continuity.

• Contribute to customer retention, reactivation, and the overall profitability of assigned accounts.

What we would like you to bring

• Professional degree or relevant background in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields .

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics, foreign trade, freight forwarding, customer service, or supply chain.

• Experience in import operations .

• Experience in customer service and customer relationship management .

• Knowledge of international logistics processes and shipment follow-up.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• A leadership mindset , with autonomy, proactivity, and ownership.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Intermediate-advanced / conversational English , with the ability to confidently maintain a conversation.

• Customer-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
