Coordinador de operaciones
Propósito: Garantizar el despliegue operativo en CEDI (recepción, alistamiento, inventarios y despachos) y el cumplimiento de metas de servicio (SLAs).
Requisitos:
- Formación: Estudiante de 8° semestre en adelante o profesional en Ing. Industrial, Administración o Logística.
- Experiencia: 2 años en logística, operaciones y cadena de abastecimiento.
- Conocimientos: BPM/BPD (Indispensable) y Excel Intermedio. Deseable manejo de personal y cadena de frío/cuarto frío
Funciones principales:
- Dirigir y controlar la operación en piso (recibo, picking/packing, inventarios, despachos y devoluciones).
- Gestionar y coordinar personal y recursos técnicos (MHE) en CEDI.
- Medir y presentar KPIs operativos (ocupación, OTIF, ILA).
- Coordinar la logística de cargue/descargue
Condiciones: Contrato directo.
Horario Lunes a viernes: 7 a 5
