AI Digital Services Transformation Lead

Overview
En NGDS estamos buscando un AI Services Transformation Lead, un líder que quiera diseñar el futuro de las operaciones de nuestros clientes a través de la IA, la automatización y la transformación de procesos. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Liderar proyectos de transformación operativa, rediseñar procesos de negocio e impulsar la adopción de IA y tecnología para construir organizaciones más eficientes, ágiles y escalables.
Requisitos mínimos
- Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines. Deseable especialización o formación complementaria en transformación digital, automatización de procesos o inteligencia artificial aplicada a negocios.
- Certificaciones deseables: Certificaciones en gestión de procesos (Lean Six Sigma, BPM o equivalente); metodologías ágiles (PSM I, CSM). Inglés fluido oral y escrito (B2+ certificable) — capacidad para sostener conversaciones ejecutivas y presentaciones en ambos idiomas.
- Experiencia: trayectoria demostrable en roles que combinen operación, tecnología y consultoría de procesos (Operations, Process Improvement, Consultoría, Product Ops o equivalentes). Deseable experiencia y conocimiento en operaciones impulsadas por la tecnología en el sector inmobiliario, seguros o educación.
- Capacidad para comprender operaciones complejas, identificar oportunidades de mejora y convertirlas en resultados medibles.
- Experiencia gestionando clientes y liderando iniciativas estratégicas con enfoque en eficiencia y mejora continua.
- Interés y expertise en el uso de la inteligencia artificial como habilitador de la transformación operativa.
