Discover the Role

TMF Group is looking for an  HR Associate to support our HR Operations team. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals who are eager to grow in Human Resources, gain exposure to international HR processes, and work in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR administrative activities related to Joiners, Movers, and Leavers
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining employee records
• Update and manage HR databases and systems (e.g. SAGE)
• Prepare, amend, and organize HR documentation such as employment contracts, addendums, and letters
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Generate HR reports as required
• Assist with payroll input preparation and support other HR functions
• Proactively manage assigned tasks using digital workflow tools
• Prepare requested documentation on time, following established procedures and standards
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables
• Support the completion and tracking of training assessments

Key Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration
• Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Good English,
• written and spoken (Mandatory)
• Strong interest in continuous learning within HR
• Hands‑on experience with digital tools and HR systems
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
