Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Atlassian solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional who can plan and execute impactful campaigns, build compelling content, and position Atlas Bench as a reference partner in the Atlassian ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing with business goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the marketing strategy.

Plan and execute campaigns promoting Atlassian products and Atlas Bench services across social media, webinars, email, and digital channels. Define messaging, target audiences, and objectives aligned with company goals. Track and analyze performance, continuously optimizing for better results.

Create content that drives engagement.

Develop and distribute high-quality materials including case studies, whitepapers, product guides, and thought leadership. Build a consistent brand voice across all channels that reflects Atlas Bench's expertise and positioning in the Atlassian ecosystem.

Generate and nurture leads.

Drive lead generation through digital marketing, events, and strategic networking. Develop nurture strategies that move prospects through the funnel and support the team in converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Plan and execute events.

Organize and manage webinars, conferences, and other events that showcase Atlas Bench's capabilities and Atlassian solutions. Coordinate logistics, speakers, and follow-up communications to maximize impact and reach.

Collaborate cross-functionally.

Work closely with the consulting and technical teams so marketing materials accurately reflect product capabilities and client outcomes. Provide input on go-to-market strategies and support the positioning of new service offerings.

Train and enable through content.

Create educational resources and enablement materials that improve client understanding of Atlassian products and best practices. Support internal teams with up-to-date assets and messaging frameworks.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal — required

  • Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and able to work on-site in Chico Norte

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.) is a plus

  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM tools, and data analysis for campaign tracking

  • Experience planning and executing events such as webinars or conferences

  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly

  • Looking for a long-term career opportunity, not a short-term position
