Job Title: Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect

Reports to: LATAM Vice President

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Service applications. The ideal candidate will have deepexpertisein Oracle Fusion Service, Customer Experience (CX), and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, solution design capabilities, and leadership in guiding development teams and business stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Oversee and guide the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Service and related CX modules.
• Designand implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
• Develop and enhance custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX to improve user experience and functionality.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and support teams to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
