Framework Ventures in Colombia is looking for a QA Lead responsible for overseeing the quality assurance function across Tether Data. The ideal candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in a QA Lead role, strong skills in implementing QA strategies and tooling, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining test plans, and driving automation efforts. This position offers the chance to shape the testing culture and processes within the organization.
