Adecco Colombia busca talento para la Dirección Comercial en tres niveles de experiencia: Junior, Senior y Master, con el objetivo de fortalecer el equipo comercial y alcanzar las metas estratégicas de la organización.
Responsabilidades
Liderar y gestionar equipos comerciales para maximizar resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Desarrollar estrategias comerciales efectivas y planes de acción para la captación y fidelización de clientes.
Monitorear el desempeño del equipo, establecer metas y asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores clave.
Gestionar relaciones con clientes, negociaciones y cierre de acuerdos comerciales.
Reportar avances y resultados a la alta dirección.
Niveles y Requisitos
Buscamos profesional o tecnólogo en carreras administrativas o similares, curso 50 horas de SST (opcional), Circular externa 050 (opcional), con experiencia en el sector de seguros ARL, riesgos laborales, cierre de negocios en empresas pymes y grandes , manejo de presupuestos, grandes negociaciones.
Experiencia: 4 años
Salario: 5.347.700
+ Apoyo inicial: durante los primeros 6 meses se garantiza un ingreso asegurado adicional equivalente a la mitad del salario ($2.673.580)
+ Comisiones: hasta $8.400.000 + incentivos + bonos prestacionales
