Join Connecta in a Technology Customer Service Campaign, (chats) providing exceptional customer support in the technology sector through phone interactions. As a representative, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support for products and services related to hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues over the chats
• Provide support for hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and applications.
• Use English-language tools to manage and document incidents.
• Meet established performance metrics and quality standards.
• Maintain a proactive and customer-focused attitude at all times.

*Requirements*

B2 English level.

Availability to work on-site (B\&M).(Conecta) with the possibility of working from home (depending on OPS requirements).

Training Schedule (TRN):

• Monday to Saturday
• Mon-Sat 00:00-7:30 por 5 semanas
• Mon-Sat 16:30-0:00 por 5 semanas

Operations Schedule (OPS): 2 DAYS OFF

• 0:00 - 9:00
• 19:30 - 4:30
• 15:30 - 0:00
• 18:30 - 3:00

Benefits

• Base salary: COP $2,315,000
• Performance bonus of 15% for meeting metrics (up to COP $347,000)
