As our company continues to expand, we're investing in scalable systems and operational excellence. We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help strengthen our sales infrastructure and support our growing Sales team.

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist at SellCord, you'll support our Sales team by owning and optimizing HubSpot, improving CRM processes, and delivering the reporting and automation needed to help the team operate efficiently.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to maintain accurate data, streamline workflows, build dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building scalable systems, and turning data into actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the administration, optimization, and maintenance of HubSpot CRM

• Build and maintain workflows, automations, pipelines, custom properties, forms, and dashboards

• Serve as the primary Sales Operations resource for the Sales team, supporting CRM processes and day-to-day operations

• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure HubSpot remains the company's source of truth

• Develop reports and dashboards to track pipeline performance, KPIs, forecasting, and overall business performance

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead management, pipeline visibility, and operational workflows

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency across teams

• Collaborate on CRM enhancements, integrations, and other Revenue Operations initiatives

• Document processes and provide training and support to internal users

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or a similar operational role

• Advanced experience administering HubSpot CRM is required

• Experience building workflows, automations, pipelines, custom properties, and dashboards in HubSpot

• Strong analytical skills with experience developing reports and performance dashboards

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs

• Experience with CRM integrations and automation tools is a plus

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
