¿Te apasiona brindar una atención excepcional y crear experiencias memorables para los clientes? Esta es tu oportunidad de formar parte de una de las marcas de belleza más reconocidas a nivel mundial.
Horario y modalidad:
Disponibilidad de lunes a domingo entre 7:00 a.m. y 12:00 a.m.
Dos días libres a la semana según la operación.
Jornada de 40 horas semanales.
Modalidad híbrida después del entrenamiento y según desempeño.
¿Qué harás?
Brindar atención al cliente a través de chat.
Resolver consultas relacionadas con productos, pedidos y servicios.
Garantizar una experiencia de servicio de alta calidad en cada interacción.
Mantenerte actualizado sobre productos, promociones y novedades de la marca.
Documentar adecuadamente cada interacción en los sistemas establecidos.
Trabajar de la mano con los equipos de calidad y entrenamiento para fortalecer tus habilidades.
Requisitos: ✅ Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente dentro del sector BPO.
✅ Nivel de inglés conversacional B2+ o C1.
✅ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle.
✅ Actitud de servicio y orientación al cliente.
✅ Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y horarios nocturnos.
