Assistant General Manager – Insurance Operations

We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced insurance professional to manage and streamline the organization\'s insurance portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring risk mitigation and compliance through effective insurance strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10–15 Years
• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and renew various project and property insurance policies – including CAR, IAR, and Fire Insurance
• Manage corporate liability insurance and employee benefits insurance programs
• Handle the end-to-end insurance claims and settlement process efficiently
• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Collaborate with insurance brokers, underwriters, and internal departments for seamless coordination

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong background in risk analysis and insurance policy structuring
• Expertise in handling insurance claims, renewals, and compliance matters
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite – particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks
