Analista Gestión PQR's ?? Colombia | ?? Área de Servicio al Cliente y Requerimientos Legales Objetivo del cargo Gestionar, analizar y responder oportunamente las PQR's y requerimientos de entes de control, garantizando soluciones de fondo, cumplimiento de términos legales y una excelente experiencia para el cliente. Principales funciones
- Analizar y gestionar PQR's, tutelas, requerimientos legales y solicitudes de entes de control.
- Elaborar respuestas dentro de los tiempos establecidos por la normatividad vigente.
- Realizar seguimiento a casos, indicadores y niveles de servicio.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.
- Trabajar articuladamente con áreas internas para garantizar la solución efectiva de los casos.
- ? Profesional en Derecho, Administración de Empresas, carreras administrativas o ingenierías.
- ? Experiencia mínima de 1 año en servicio al cliente, gestión de PQR's, procesos legales o cargos afines.
