Quieres ser parte de nuestro equipo, somos una empresa multinacional Española y estamos en busqueda para nuestro equipo de trabajo un ANALISTA DE MONITOREO, si consideras que te ajustas al perfil animte a postularte: Nivel Académico: Título de Tecnólogo o estudiante de sexto semestre en Ingeniería, en las áreas de Sistemas, Telemática, Informática, Electrónica o Telecomunicaciones. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia relacionada en monitoreo de infraestructura tecnológica y soporte técnico. Conocimientos: En uso de herramientas ITSM (Remedy o similares). Conocimiento en herramientas de monitoreo (Solardwinds, Nagios, Cacti o similares). Funciones:
- Recepción, análisis inicial y categorización de alarmas.
- Validación preliminar y descarte de falsos positivos.
- Creación y registro de tickets en la herramienta definida por el cliente.
- Registro de la gestión realizada en la bitácora operativa.
- Seguimiento de alarmas hasta su transferencia al grupo responsable.
