1796 - Full Stack Developer (Symfony / PrestaShop / WordPress)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong PHP background and solid experience in Symfony and PrestaShop. You will be responsible for developing custom modules, integrations, and new functionalities while maintaining and enhancing existing platforms. This role focuses primarily on PrestaShop evolution and Symfony development, with occasional maintenance tasks in WordPress. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze technical requirements, and propose technical improvements while working within a Scrum environment.

Requisitos

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend PHP Developer.
• Strong experience with PHP , preferably PHP 8 .
• Solid experience with Symfony 5.4 or later .
• Experience developing and customizing PrestaShop modules.
• Strong SQL development and database optimization skills.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs .
• Experience working with external API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Docker , Composer , and CI/CD tools.
• Experience writing unit tests .
• Experience using Git/GitLab for version control.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, MySQL, AWS/Cloud , and RabbitMQ .
• Basic experience maintaining WordPress websites, plugins, and platform updates.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher Education Degree or Higher Vocational Training (or equivalent experience).
• English proficiency is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend solutions using PHP 8 and Symfony 5.4+ .
• Design, develop, and maintain custom PrestaShop modules and integrations.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and security of PrestaShop stores.
• Maintain and update WordPress environments, plugins, and platform versions when required.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and database structures.
• Work with GitLab version control and participate in CI/CD workflows.
• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute technical proposals to improve existing solutions.
