Position Title: Payroll Associate

On-site (Bogotá, Medellin and Barranquilla)

Monday to Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

About the Role

The Payroll Associate is responsible for the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls while delivering exceptional customer service. This fast‑paced role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple payrolls efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
• Apply proper payroll taxation.
• Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.
• Prepare accurate quarter‑end and year‑end reports.
• Provide ad hoc reports to clients.
• Work with clients across different payroll environments (time & attendance, payroll processing, reporting).
• Resolve client questions regarding payroll and systems.
• Manage client projects and coordinate payroll activities end‑to‑end.
• Respond to client calls and inquiries promptly.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service with follow‑up and accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• ENGLISH C1.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.
