We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.We are looking for a Senior Business Partnerships Manager, Financial Services to lead growth with strategic FinServ advertisers across Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile. This person will own senior client relationships, build full-funnel growth plans, and turn platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes for banks, fintechs, payments companies, lending players, wallets, investment platforms, and insurance advertisers.The right candidate combines strong commercial judgment with hands-on performance-marketing fluency. They can discuss CAC, ROAS, funnel leakage, app acquisition, web conversion, lead quality, creative testing, incrementality, measurement, and media mix with a performance team, then translate those topics into a board-level growth narrative with client leadership. They also understand digital media partnerships: how platforms, networks, creators, placements, ad products, measurement solutions, incentives, and joint business plans come together to create durable client growth.This is a senior IC role for someone who wants to learn aggressively while also developing the business, the client portfolio, and the team’s market perspective. The role requires someone who can think beyond a single account and help define how the broader LATAM FinServ industry should grow with TikTok and partner media solutions.Core Responsibilities:1. Market and Account Growth- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic LATAM FinServ advertisers, with a focus on revenue expansion, forecast accuracy, and senior client influence.- Build account plans that connect client business priorities to measurable media outcomes, including user acquisition, funded accounts, loan applications, card acquisition, deposits, app activation, qualified leads, and brand consideration.- Identify share-of-wallet opportunities in mature accounts and build entry strategies for accounts where platform adoption is still early.- Convert quarterly forecast gaps into account-level action plans, including upsell opportunities, incentive plans, creative actions, measurement fixes, and partner-product adoption.2. Performance Marketing Excellence- Act as a credible thought partner for client performance teams, growth leads, media agencies, and internal performance specialists.- Diagnose campaign performance across funnel stage, objective, optimization event, audience setup, creative volume, bidding, budget allocation, landing-page or app flow, and measurement setup.- Build scalable performance playbooks for FinServ use cases, including app acquisition, web conversion, lead generation, retargeting, creator-led performance, and branding-to-performance handoffs.- Push clients from tactical media buying toward structured test-and-learn programs with clear hypotheses, clean measurement, and repeatable decision rules.- Translate technical or operational blockers into commercial actions, so issues like campaign pauses, event setup, creative shortages, tracking gaps, or product readiness do not sit outside the revenue plan.3. Digital Media Partnerships- Develop partnership motions that connect TikTok, Pangle, partner inventory, measurement, creative, incentives, and product adoption into one client growth story.- Build joint business plans with strategic FinServ clients, including quarterly priorities, product adoption roadmap, investment commitments, operating cadence, and executive checkpoints.- Work with internal partner teams to shape proposals that reflect how banks, fintechs, lenders, and payments companies actually make media decisions.- Help clients understand when to use branding, performance, app, web, lead-generation, consideration, and partner-network solutions, and how those motions reinforce each other.- Represent the FinServ vertical in cross-functional discussions where media partnerships, product roadmaps, measurement, and commercial incentives need a clear industry point of view.4. Industry Ownership- Build and maintain a sharp view of FinServ trends, including digital banking, credit, payments, wallets, super-apps, lending cycles, regulatory sensitivity, app adoption, and competitive media behavior.- Turn market changes into practical client strategies, for example competitive-response playbooks, app-growth recovery plans, or wallet-share expansion frameworks.- Develop repeatable vertical narratives that help the team explain why TikTok and partner media solutions matter for the next phase of FinServ growth.- Coach internal stakeholders on FinServ business models, client decision cycles, risk constraints, and the difference between brand, acquisition, and monetization objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:- 7+ years in digital advertising, performance marketing, media partnerships, consulting, fintech growth, banking partnerships, or enterprise account leadership.- Direct experience with financial-services advertisers, ideally across fintech, banking, credit, payments, wallets, investment, insurance, or lending.- Experience owning large strategic accounts, joint business plans, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and executive stakeholder management.- Strong understanding of app marketing and web/lead-generation funnels, including event strategy, conversion quality, measurement limitations, and creative-performance dynamics.- Experience working with media platforms, ad networks, agencies, measurement partners, or partner-inventory solutions.- Ability to operate in ambiguity, especially when coverage, forecast, product readiness, or client information is incomplete.- Proficient in English and Spanish to communicate with external stakeholders in LATAM.
