About the Job

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to develop Power BI reporting and analytics solutions that support accounting, financial, operational, and corporate reporting needs. The role focuses on data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and consolidating data from across the organization into reliable, actionable insights. Professional proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support Power BI reporting and analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Work closely with the Data Director and Data Architects to align data models, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities with enterprise data standards and business objectives.
• Optimize performance, usability, and scalability of Power BI reports and datasets.
• Support self-service reporting and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing business intelligence and analytics solutions.
• Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Required experience working with Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics data environments.
• Demonstrated background working with enterprise applications and complex, integrated data environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial, and operational data and reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• English: Intermediate (B2+) or higher, able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

Valuable Extras

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or similar data platforms.
• Experience supporting multinational or multi‑entity reporting environments.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
• Knowledge of forecasting, statistical analysis, or data science methodologies.
• CPA, CMA, CBIP, or similar professional certifications.
