Perfil del Cargo – Líder Técnico Full Stack (Tech Lead) Objetivo del cargo Liderar técnicamente al equipo de desarrollo Full Stack, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las actividades, la calidad de las soluciones entregadas y la adopción de buenas prácticas de desarrollo. Será responsable de coordinar las actividades del equipo, brindar acompañamiento técnico, resolver bloqueos, supervisar la calidad del código y participar activamente en el desarrollo de soluciones, contribuyendo a la estabilidad, escalabilidad y evolución continua de las plataformas tecnológicas de la organización. Responsabilidades principales Coordinar y priorizar las actividades diarias del equipo de desarrollo, asignando tareas y realizando seguimiento a su ejecución. Brindar acompañamiento técnico a los desarrolladores, apoyando la resolución de dudas, incidentes y bloqueos durante el ciclo de desarrollo. Revisar y aprobar código mediante procesos de Code Review y Pull Requests, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad. Participar activamente en el desarrollo de aplicaciones utilizando Java, Spring Boot y Angular cuando la operación lo requiera. Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener APIs REST e integraciones entre plataformas y sistemas internos o externos. Velar por la aplicación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, arquitectura, mantenibilidad, seguridad, rendimiento y escalabilidad. Supervisar el cumplimiento de cronogramas y compromisos técnicos del equipo. Identificar riesgos técnicos y proponer soluciones que minimicen impactos en los proyectos. Promover el trabajo colaborativo, la transferencia de conocimiento y el crecimiento técnico del equipo. Mantener comunicación permanente con el CTO o líder de tecnología, reportando avances, riesgos, necesidades y oportunidades de mejora. Participar en la definición de lineamientos técnicos y en la mejora continua de los procesos de desarrollo. Experiencia Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software Full St
