Buscamos un Programador Web Senior que aporte su experiencia técnica, conocimiento y liderazgo para fortalecer nuestro equipo de desarrollo.
Perfil que buscamos:
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines .
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo web.
- Conocimientos en:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript y frameworks frontend.
- Desarrollo backend con Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python u otros frameworks.
- Bases de datos SQL y diseño de estructuras.
- Diseño y desarrollo de APIs REST .
- Git/GitLab y flujos de integración y despliegue.
- Arquitectura de software y patrones de diseño.
- Docker y conceptos de infraestructura.
- Seguridad y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
- Testing y revisión de código.
Principales funciones:
- Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones y soluciones web de alta complejidad o criticidad.
- Revisar y validar el código desarrollado por los Programadores Web Junior .
- Participar en el levantamiento de requerimientos y diseño de soluciones web.
- Definir y mantener estándares, buenas prácticas y lineamientos técnicos de desarrollo.
- Garantizar la aplicación consistente de los estándares técnicos en los diferentes proyectos.
- Verificar con el equipo de desarrollo IBM i la integración y consistencia de soluciones que involucren ambas plataformas.
- Evaluar y proponer nuevas tecnologías, frameworks y herramientas que permitan mejorar la productividad y calidad del equipo.
