Responsibilities
We help local business owners discover where AI and software tools can save them time and money. Our service is an AI Assessment — a 45-minute Zoom call where we learn about their operations, followed by a personalized report showing exactly which tools can help. We are not selling software. We are selling clarity.
We are looking for a confident, natural English-speaking cold caller to book AI Assessment calls with US-based small business owners. You will be calling business owners (HVAC companies, real estate offices, dental practices, law firms, property managers, wedding venues, and similar service businesses with 5–50 employees) and having short, conversational phone calls to get them interested in booking an assessment.
This is not a hard-sell role. You are starting conversations, not closing deals. The business owners you call are already thinking about AI — they just don't know where to start. Your job is to be the friendly, helpful person who opens that door.
What You Will Do-
Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to US-based small business owners using a provided script and call list.
Follow a proven conversational script (provided and trained on) to introduce our AI Assessment service.
Book qualified assessment calls directly onto our calendar during the phone call.
Log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-up dates in GoHighLevel CRM.
Follow up with "send me info" leads via email using provided templates.
Hit a weekly target of 8 - 10 booked and confirmed assessment calls.
What You Will NOT Do-
You will not conduct the assessment calls — we handle those.
You will not need any technical knowledge of AI — we train you on exactly what to say.
You will not do any hard selling — this is a value-first, conversational approach.
Must-Have:
- Native or near-native English speaker with a clear, natural American accent. This is non-negotiable — you will be calling US business owners who need to feel like they are talking to a local professional, not a call center.
- Confident and comfortable on the phone. You are not reading a script robotically — you are having a real conversation.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment.
- Able to work during US business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday).
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven script and process without freelancing or going off-book.
- Self-motivated — this is a remote role and you will be working independently. You need to hit your call numbers daily without being micromanaged.
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Experience using CRMs or lead tracking tools (Google Sheets is fine).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach.
- Any exposure to AI tools, marketing, or small business services is a bonus but absolutely not required.
