HR Operations & Benefits Specialist
Medtronic
Medtronic is seeking an Associate HR Shared Services Specialist to deliver centralized HR administration and support across benefits, HR operations, and related programs. The role partners with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate processing and timely service delivery.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR program administration, HR policies, and HRIS experience, with strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, in English.
