We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Debt Settlement campaign in Barranquilla.

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who communicates confidently in English, knows how to listen, understand customer needs, and guide conversations toward positive outcomes.

You'll be speaking with customers about sensitive financial situations, so we're looking for someone who combines professionalism, empathy, confidence, and strong communication skills .

What You'll Do

• Provide professional and empathetic customer service throughout each interaction.
• Listen carefully to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
• Clearly explain information, processes, and available solutions.
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain a calm and positive approach when handling sensitive financial conversations.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow established procedures.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work toward positive customer outcomes while maintaining a high standard of service.

Schedule

There are two available shifts :

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Shift 2: 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Days off: Sundays + one weekday

Candidates must be comfortable working either available shift based on business needs.

Compensation

• $230 USD per week
• Paid weekly as an Independent Contractor.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive customer situations.
• Confidence navigating difficult conversations and customer concerns.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and campaign information quickly.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven customer service environment.
• 100% availability for the assigned work schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work 100% on-site in Barranquilla.
• Looking for a long-term opportunity.
• Not currently enrolled in studies, as this position requires full-schedule availability.
