RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide advanced technical support for RAN (Radio Access Network) equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and address network infrastructure problems.
Utilize technical expertise to analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Maintain documentation and provide training to support staff on new technologies and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Extensive experience in telecommunications technical support, with a focus on RAN technologies.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Nokia equipment.
Advanced level of English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
