🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Manager responsible for overseeing accounts receivable collections and cash application processes , while collaborating closely with global finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Manage the collections process for outstanding receivables.
Oversee cash application activities and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments .
Analyze cases individually to determine the best resolution strategy .
Coordinate with U.S. and India accounting teams to resolve complex cases.
Identify root causes of payment delays and recommend effective solutions.

✅ Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
Experience handling customer billing inquiries and payment disputes .
Strong communication and problem-solving skills .
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously .

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in technology or SaaS companies .
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) .
