Role Summary and Impact

The  Media Planning Senior Associate is strategically responsible for analyzing and efficiently managing media budgets to ensure the achievement of campaign objectives. This crucial role involves identifying the most suitable touchpoints and media channels to positively impact the audience, developing comprehensive plans, and coordinating their execution. The primary impact of this position lies in ensuring resource optimization, driving high-impact campaigns that generate brand value, keeping media plans updated with the latest trends, and providing standardized, objective reports that foster continuous learning and the success of marketing initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience & Foundation: Minimum of 2 years in marketing and media planning, proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in digital and traditional media measurement tools (e.g., Admetrics, Comscore, Kantar Ibope, Instar), and media planning platforms (e.g., Business Manager, Google Ads).
• Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities for assessing market landscapes, planning costs, defining scope, and adapting to new media trends.
• Communication & Execution Excellence: Proven ability in media negotiation, developing presentations, client communication, detailed reporting, and coordinating campaign assets.
