This is more than a recruiter role. You'll be a trusted advisor to business leaders, a talent market expert, and a key contributor to our continued growth across North and South America.

What you'll be doing:

Lead end-to-end recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting to offer acceptance

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities

• Develop creative sourcing strategies for technical, commercial, and corporate roles

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct outreach

• Conduct candidate interviews and support structured assessment processes

• Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience

Partner with leaders across the Americas

• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to managers and business leaders

• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring trends, and candidate expectations

• Support workforce planning and hiring prioritization discussions

• Guide stakeholders toward data-driven hiring decisions

Build talent pipelines

• Proactively map talent markets and build candidate networks

• Maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions

• Develop long-term strategies to reduce time-to-hire and strengthen talent availability

Strengthen our employer brand

• Represent Element Logic throughout the candidate journey

• Support employer branding initiatives across the Americas

• Collaborate with marketing and local leaders to showcase our culture and opportunities

What we're looking for:

Experience

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search experience

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and commercial positions

• Experience supporting hiring across different countries and cultures

• Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools

• Experience in an international, fast-growing company is an advantage

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong influencing and consulting capabilities

• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

• Data-driven mindset and attention to detail

• Professional fluency in English is required
