How you create impact

Coordinate and manage inland transportation and intermodal operations for import and export shipments.
Ensure seamless execution of freight movements by collaborating with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor shipments end-to-end, providing visibility and proactive communication regarding shipment status, delays, and operational updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers to ensure service quality and operational performance.
Analyze operational KPIs and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities and support business decisions.
Resolve operational issues, exceptions, and service disruptions while implementing corrective actions when required.
Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Operations, Finance, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, transportation regulations, and documentation requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Sea Logistics, Intermodal Transportation, Inland Transportation, or International Logistics.
Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations, intermodal transportation, and supply chain processes.
Experience coordinating transportation providers and managing operational activities.
Advanced customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
English proficiency is required (B2+- C1, the interviews are in english)
