Remote Client & Talent Operations Leader
OpsArmy
OpsArmy is seeking a seasoned Client & Talent Operations Manager to oversee both client success and talent operations in a remote capacity. You will act as the main liaison for clients and internal teams while ensuring seamless onboarding, deployment, and ongoing support of talent, with a focus on performance alignment and process optimization.
In this role, you will drive best practices, monitor satisfaction, and partner with recruiting and leadership to ensure high-quality placements.
