Sr Operational Excellence Specialist

Job Description

As a Reporting Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze complex data sets to provide relevant insights, maintain data visualizations and dashboards, and support strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from multiple sources, clean and validate data, and transform raw data for analysis.
• Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques and data mining tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, maintain data quality checks, and conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Create charts, graphs, and dashboards; maintain regular reports; collaborate with team members to tailor reports to their reporting needs.
• Data Governance: Follow procedures for data security and privacy, and stay current with industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English is a must‑have.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.

Ideal Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting a sales organization with systems and tools like Anaplan, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
