Mission

Manage influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, building strong relationships with creators and clients while ensuring impactful results aligned with campaign objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Research, identify, and select influencers and content creators that fit each campaign\'s target audience and brand positioning.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with influencers, agencies, and external partners.
• Coordinate campaign execution from planning through delivery, ensuring all timelines and milestones are met.
• Review, monitor, and approve influencer content to ensure alignment with campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance and monitor key metrics throughout execution.
• Prepare performance reports and present campaign insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables, budgets, timelines, and campaign objectives are achieved successfully.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account management, and paid media teams to maximize campaign impact.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging creators, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for clients.

Skills Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience working in marketing, advertising, communication, or influencer agencies is highly desirable.
• Experience managing clients and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and campaign planning.
• Knowledge of influencer campaign metrics, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with content creators and talent representatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
