We're Hiring: Telemarketer (B2B Appointment Setter)

Are you a results-driven professional with strong B2B cold calling experience ? Do you enjoy connecting with decision-makers and turning conversations into opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Telemarketer (B2B Appointment Setter) to join our team and help generate qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives.

Position Details

• Location: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

✅ Make 60+ outbound cold calls daily to commercial businesses

✅ Generate a minimum of 24 qualified appointments per month

✅ Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives for virtual or in-person presentations

✅ Perform true cold calling with businesses that have had no prior interaction

✅ Build rapport with prospects and effectively handle objections

✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

✅ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointment quality and alignment with business goals

✅ Meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, appointments, and conversions

✅ Participate in onboarding and CRM training

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience
• Minimum 3 years of B2B appointment setting experience
• Proven experience in cold calling (not inbound calls or customer service)
• Experience engaging decision-makers at commercial businesses
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and appointment qualification
• Experience using CRM systems ( Water Desk experience is a plus )
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
